Speed Dating Sydney
Sydney is Australia's largest and most populated city. It is also one of the leading cities
in the entire world. Alot of recent and new trends are set overseas and soon brought here to Sydney. From
here these new ideas and trends spread with Melbourne not far behind, followed by Brisbane, Adelaide then
Perth. Speed Dating is a prime example of this, with the very first event ever done in Australia being here in Sydney,
before all the other major cities caught on. Even today, Sydney still remains the number one Speed
Dating city in Australia. Sure, population has something to do with it, but lets not forget how
fast and active Sydney is with people here leading a very busy lifestyle. It's true, the average Australian
is working more hours than ever before and not surprisingly we value our leisure time.
Nowadays, everyone has seen or heard about Speed Dating, but how does it actually work and why is it so
popular?

From here you will receive weekly emails from
us letting you know the upcoming event dates. As stated earlier with such a busy lifestyle its not uncommon
for us to see our clients a month or two after they actually sign up!
Once all booked in a paid for, we will meet you on the allocated date.
Our events usually start around 7:30. From here you will be greeted by our two friendly hosts before an explanation
of the night's procedures. You will have six minutes to spend with a member of the opposite sex before
a bell rings. From here you write down the person's name on your scorecard and mark either a "yes" or a
"no" as to whether you would like to see that person again. The guys then all rotate to the next table
for the second round of "Speed Dates".
We generally have two breaks throughout the evening consisting of hot nibbles and a complimentary drink
to break the Speed Dating up and to let everyone catch up with their scorecards. The night finishes
approx 10:30 when all 15 guys have met all 15 girls. Scorecards are then handed back
to the hosts for the MATCHING process to begin. A MATCH consists of you ticking "yes" to the same person
that has ticked "yes" to you on their opposing scorecard. From here contact details of your matches are sent out the very next day.
This new way of meeting people is designed for single, busy professionals who are tired of the traditional
dating methods that haven't worked for them in the past. Speed dating has advantages over all of the
traditional dating methods; the pub/nightclub scene, blind dates, internet dating services or
even introduction agencies which can prove to be quite time consuming and expensive. You get
to see and talk to 15 genuine, similarly aged singles over the course of two hours, perfectly
suited to people just like me and you who do value their time...
